Placing Orders To initiate an order, you must furnish us with your name, email address, payment details, and images. Your provided images will be employed to craft videos, which will then be delivered to your designated email address.
Payment By using our service, you agree to remit the specified fees outlined on our website for the creation and delivery of videos. It is your responsibility to furnish us with accurate payment details, which we will employ to process your order.
Delivery Your videos will be dispatched to the email address you provide during the order placement process. While we endeavor to deliver within the timeframe stated on our website, specific delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
Please check your spam folder regularly as your video will be sent via email.
In the event of an error in your personalized video, please contact us. We will swiftly provide a resolution.
Nevertheless, we do not seek compensation for the following circumstances:
The actors’ performance being deemed “insufficient”.
Personalized videos being shorter than expected. On average, videos span 40-60 seconds. Kindly respect the actors’ effort and time. Videos up to 60 seconds are possible upon request, but no longer.
Mispronunciation of text. Ensuring perfect pronunciation in every language is beyond our guarantee. Intellectual Property While you maintain all rights to the images you supply, by providing them to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to employ the images for the purpose of creating videos for you. Furthermore, you affirm that you possess all necessary rights to grant us this license.
We retain full rights to the videos we create, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or utilize the videos without our prior written consent.
Warranties and Liability Limitations We assure that the videos we generate for you will be devoid of defects in materials and craftsmanship for thirty (30) days from the delivery date. If you identify defects, promptly notify us, and we will collaborate to address the matter.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE, BE IT IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws, excluding its conflict of law principles.
